At My Sister’s Butter, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. While all of our products are handcrafted with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return and refund policies below.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them as long as they have not been shipped. If your order has already entered the packaging and shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.


Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any products that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll provide return instructions along with the option for a replacement or a full refund.

If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to our support team we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds Not Issued For:

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Refund requests submitted more than 15 days after the guaranteed delivery window (45 days)
