Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process and ship. During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
If your order includes custom-made products, please allow up to 2 weeks for creation, processing, and shipping.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Meltable Products
Items such as Whipped Shea Soufflé, Soap Bars, and Beard Oil are sensitive to heat and may melt during transit. If your product arrives softened or melted, place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
